Getting ready!

The pattern is here, the fabric has been chosen and cut, the threads pulled, and it's all safely in a mesh bag, ready for Wednesday's start!

• Pattern: The Family Sampler, from Little House Needleworks
  
• Fabric:40 count linen, Buttercream, from Vikki Clayton at Hand-Dyed Fibers
• Floss:DMC as called for, 4 mystery colors of overdyed silk (also from Vikki Clayton) substituted for the 4 Crescent Colors listed on the chart

I've decided to start by stitching the outer border, and to spend an hour a week working on the personalization of the interior sections so that I'll have all the personalization charted before I get to that section.
